I've been using this product for years to design my own cross stitch and generally I am very pleased with it. I have, however, struggled with the problem of the grid not printing out clearly when I decide to print out my charts. I get lovely clear black lines every ten squares but the fine grid is as good as invisible no matter what settings I have for the printer. I tried printing the charts larger thinking this would help without success.
Anyone else had/solved this problem? All suggestions gratefully received. I use an Epson printer by the way, which is just on 1 year old
