    What is it with the blue tits? That's the 5th pair I've heard of in two days who seem to have moved on from their nests. Stupid birds. But I do like them and they are visiting the garden quite regularly if not nesting.

    It seems the blue tits in my garden may not have deserted the nest!! Have seen them flying in and out again today. Obviously wasn't in the kitchen when there was activity earlier in the week.

    I am starting to panic. Don't know where the hotel is. Any chance of a post code for tomtom? Got the 5k Race for Life next Sunday and a fortnight with my Mum before Leeds. Loads of stuff to have to get done before I leave for the continent to take and then have to have ready for return. Can I have a 10 day week for a while?

    The hotel is Hilton Leeds City, near the railway station. If you check out the website the postcode appears to be LS1 4BX.

    Well, I nearly missed the whole thing! I went online to buy my train tickets thinking I was being all organised. Booked them, paid for them, got the confirmation and then I suddenly thought "hmmm, perhaps I'd better check the date?" Why do these things occur to us AFTER we've passed the point of no return?

    Needless to say, I'd booked to arrive in Leeds on the 26th. A week after all of you lot had left. That would have been a very lonely stitching weekend, wouldn't it?

    £20 'admin fee' later and now I think I've managed to get the correct dates. Now all I need is someone to say 'er, Nancy, you do realise it isn't the weekend of the 19th, don't you?"
