    Hello everyone
This is a request and a pretty please ! I hope to be able to get away to come to Leicester in November but as the kids will have their commitments to honour, piano . riding, etc etc ! I wont be able to have the flexibility to drive myself. The cost is silly money and two years ago when I came on the train it was so unreliable I got home at silly o clock on the Monday ! anyone from the South East area willing / able to give me a lift ? Happy to share fuel costs and hope to stay over to Monday but happy to be flexible on that ... Thanks in advance and heres hoping .Fiona

Hi Fiona, my daughter and I are both going to Leicester but unfortunately by train. We are looking to go via Southampton and Birmingham so as not to have to cross London. We are going on the Friday and coming back Sunday afternoon.if you can't find anyone to get a lift with you are welcome to meet up with us and go by train. I believe my daughter lives quite close to you.

Fiona: I will be driving from Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. I don't know if you could get to Cambridge by train or Ipswich by train, and I could pick you up and bring you. Ipswich is slightly the wrong direction! but Cambridge is doable! I'm not sure where you live, but do PM me on Facebook if I can be of help.

    Hi everyone
Fiona and I have decided not to go to Leicester as getting too much hassle!! Going to do a Pinks day and Christmas Day at Pinks. These seem to be the things that will not continue so decided that was what we wanted to do.

Thank you Sally and Rachel for offers of help, but as Jean said things were just getting too complicated ! My daughter will be in second year GCSES and needs me around to support...my younger daughter has her birthday at beginning of November too ! kids have to come first .... Jean and I will probably get together and raise a glass to you all on the appropriate weekend !

It's looking like "standing room only" at Pinks on that Saturday...
