Stitching at Pinks

    Who's going to the stitching weekend at Pinks in April?
    Jane says there are only 3 of us & she may have to cancel
    That would be a real shame, as it's the first time I've been able to go there for the weekend

    Helen, Pat, Frances from Northumberland and myself are going. I don't know if
    we are the Three. Maybe there are a few others who would like to join us?
    Its a very enjoyable break

    I'm planning to go to Witney on the way down to see what I can't afford

    2 more ladies are coming to join us so that's six.
    If you are stopping at Witney would you mind not
    affording a red Muller sampler for me.

    I think I can manage not to afford anything at Witney's, especially the casket

    Mick is offering to come to Pinks to make up the numbers. trouble is he just wants to play in Jane's kitchen with her cookers!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Hello Helen, Glad you have a volunteer. Jane would be pleased to be able to
    concentrate on stitching. He will have to be a more than good cook cos Jane
    gives us such lovely food. Do you think he would be able to just stand and
    admire like the rest of us.

    Mick is a really good cook (not that he believes any one). I can't bring him with me cos he'd have the cookers out of the kitchen & in the back of the car when we go to stitch. Also, it's nice to have a "me" weekend
