What a beautiful day it is today after the rotten one yesterday. I’m sat here looking out of my window at the sun shining on the sea. A complete contrast from yesterday when I could hardly see the house across the road let alone the sea. There are not many boats on the water now, but just think what it will be like next year when all the Olympic boats are in the harbour. I think that I will now take advantage of the daylight and get on with some stitching before I have to get ready for another trip to the hospital. Not many more now though as I am gradually getting the strength back in my hand, hence I am now stitching again and feeling much more cheerful for it.
