map of St Kilda

    Unusual request. My friend wants to stitch St Kilda (the island)for her brother as an unusual wedding present. Can anyone suggest where I would get a kit if sucn a thing exists. PS Looking forward to Norway. Yes you will have the two scottish sisters on this trip!!

    Thanks Monica. Have already looked on the site and though they have lots of maps none of St Kilda. I did spot a map of Argyll which might me a suitable alternative. My friends brother does lots of canoeing and has gone round St Kilda - quite a unique achievement. He has also done lots around Jura, Islay and Mull so Argyll might just fit the bill. The alternative to finding a chart or kit is to chart one herself. My friend might just find that a bit too challenging. Wedding is in August so time is limited.

    Its just a thought, but I think I remember seeing a kit of Mull in one of the shops in Tobermory. Just wonder if any of the Tourist Boards on the islands might be able to help. I was going to buy the kit of Mull, but didn't, so unfortunately I can't help with that, but asking the tourist boards might be an idea. Hope this helps.
    PS It;s going to be great to see you on the coach.
