    I got back on Sunday and have been trying catch up since then. Finally finished the laundry. If ever my husband is found murdered, choked on a handkerchief, I did it. Spent about an hour ironing 39 of the damn things.
    My mum was in good spirits when I was with her. She was busy knitting a little cardigan for my new great nephew. As the bulb in her daylight lamp gave up the ghost on Monday, I stitched the Welcome card during the day and crocheted the blanket in the evening. I am going to see Edward George tomorrow. So excited. He was born just before I went to Germany. Had to put the welcome card into a picture frame, as I could not get a card with a big enough aperture.

    Glad you had a good trip Brigitte and congratulations on the new great nephew. A photo might be appropriate at Leicester!!
