    A CSG weekend

    Friday night, we all arrive
By car, by train, under the shower we dive.
Ready for drinks, prompt at seven.
The weeknd's begun, oh seventh heaven!

The weekend progresses - food is eaten.
Not many a meal has us beaten.
We stitch and chat and eat and drink.
Into this great atmosphere we sink

Jane is there, chatting to all.
With her ideas and projects she does enthral.
And spurs us on - great things to do.
Hardanger, knots and running stitch too!

All too soon its Sunday lunch.
Another meal we manage to munch!
Before we leave by car or train,
Bidding fond farewells til we meet again.
