Don't know if it's of use to anyone, but I was in our local Dunelm Mill shop yesterday (in Crewe this is) - and they had Anchor Threads for sale at 39p each instead of 79p.
The whole range was hanging up so it's not just odd ones that may not be popular colours or something....
Don't know if it's just the Crewe store that has this offer on so if you are interested and have a local store yourself it might be worth giving them a ring first...
