    Collected Spike, he now weighs over 750gm, went into the garden to put him in his house, and found that both of them are occupied! So guess what we’ll be doing tomorrow - yes, making another hedgehog house. I could have a whole row of them along the back of the garden! Quantock View, the home of the hedgehog terrace! He’s going to be released later on tonight, when it’s dark(ish).

    So pleased to hear Spike is home Barbara.....if your weather is like ours the garden will be wet and smelling very pungently of home to him, so he will soon settle in again.

    Lost count now just how many hedgehogs there are lodging with you and under your protection. Perhaps you should apply to Social Services for Carer's Allowance.....

    Isn't he now a lovely healthy weight!!
