   I think I am losing the plot. One of my mags which I have on 'prescription' recently came with two Madeira metallic thread pods as a cover freebie and designs inside the mag using these threads, a lovely burgundy red and a very pale silver. Thinking that these would be ideal for me to take to my stitch meetings. I have just spent over an hour looking for the mag and the threads. Nowhere to be found within these walls. I am beginning to think that I dreamt the whole thing, unless someone out there amongst you all has purchased said magazine and can tell me that I am not going mad just yet. I cannot remember which one of the four that drop through my letter box had these threads and charts for cards. I am pinning my hopes on you.

   No you did not dream it I have that magazine on "prescription" too only my thraeds were burgundy and gold. The magazine is issue 170 of The World of Cross Stitching. Hope this helps and wil perhaps see you at Pinks Barn in December.

   Thank you, Jean, you are a mindsaver. I had logged in No. 169 and thought that was the latest one. I found 170 and the yarn blister and the booklet - put away with my books from Ally Pally. I feel - somewhat - sane again. Thank you so much.

   You are definetly not losing the plot Brigitte BUT now Im thinking where did I put those same said threads!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
